By accessing this website or engaging PurePXL Media for production services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
1. Services
We provide podcast production, TVC and brand-film production, and production consultation. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees of any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal or statement of work.
2. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is required before production begins, with the balance due on delivery. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
3. Intellectual Property
Final deliverables transfer to you upon full payment. We retain the right to feature the work in our portfolio and reels unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Revisions
Each project includes the round of revisions specified in the SOW. Additional rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate.
5. Cancellation
If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable and any work completed beyond the deposit will be invoiced at our standard rate.
6. Liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
